Domestic Gas Servicing

We are able to perform a service on any of your gas appliances, our services encompasses several appliance checks for your peace of mind. This may include cleaning parts of the appliance and analysing the way the gas is burning.

Repairs & Installations

Time for a new boiler or just a new part? We are able to replace any boiler or gas appliance if it’s past its prime, but if we can fix it and give you the saving that’s exactly what we will do. No conning you into spending more when you don’t need to.

When is is time to change you boiler?

An average boiler lasts around 15 years if well maintained, yearly service can improve the lifespan, but ultimately an older boiler has to work harder to heat your home. If your boiler needs replacing it could be costing you more money as the energy efficiency is reduced and there is a danger that they are not safe.

Gas Safety Checks

We are capable of performing all gas safety checks, which should be done every year on each gas appliance/flue. Before any new lease starts, you must make sure that these checks have been done within one year before the start of the lease date.  

Landlords Certification

As a landlord you will need a Gas Safety Certificate or CP12 for every gas appliance in your rental property. It's a legal requirement and each individual certificate has to be renewed every year. Without them you risk a hefty fine, and the appliances may be unsafe for tenants to use. We can carry out all these checks and provide certification for you to continue letting your property.
